Intense pulsed light (IPL)
IPL is unordered light of several golf length. This light is produced by a specially constructed xenon lamp. Using filters the spectrum can be adapted partially. The Viridex IPL is therefore more flexible than lasers but less specific.
The Viridex – IPL is more flexible than lasers but less specific. Several segments in the skin absorb light of different golf length. The absorbed light is converted into warmth, which leads to fabric damage. The most important absorption happens by melanine (pigment) and haemoglobin (blood, therefore dishes).
