TC3000
For the treatment of spider veins, rosacea and petechia.
The TC3000 is a revolutionary technical device for the treatment of varicose veins, telangiectasia, rosacea and petechia. With this device patients will get immediate and permanent results without any side effects. Undesirable veins on legs, face and other parts of the body will disappear.
The TC3000 can treat small veins that are not treatable by micro-sclerotherapy. It can also treat veins in sensitive areas such as ankles and nose where micro-sclerotherapy cannot be used. One session takes about 10 to 15 minutes in which veins with a length of 80 to 100 cm can be treated. A TC3000 treatment that has been performed correctly, ensures a visible effect. After treatment, the patient can almost immediately go back to everyday activities.

Because of the constant and accurate controlable power and limited skin contact there are no:

Technique
The thermocoagulator utilizes revolutionary unipolar thermocoagulation technology to heat the vein and make it coagulate. Due to the insulated needle, there is no risk of damaging the epidermis and/or surrounding tissue. After the treatment, a “papula” may appear which will progress to tiny crusts resembling scratches. Those will disappear after a few weeks.
This principle is not related to electrocoagulation. Electrocoagulation can cause a chemical burn, increase pain and discomfort and could also result in an increased risk for scarring and discoloration. In this video you can find a demonstration of the TC3000.
The equipment
The TC3000 consists of 2 major parts:
- The generator.
- A needle holder with an ultra-thin insulated needle.
1. Precise control (generator)
The generator creates a pulse. The duration of this pulse can be set from 0.1 to 1.0 seconds in 0.1 second steps, the pulse power can be selected in steps of 5%. The combination of those two settings allow for a very precise control over the amount of energy administered per treatment. Both the digits of the pulse power and the digits of the duration are maintained accurately by a microprocessor and are displayed on the LCD screen. The settings can be adjusted with the remote control.
2. Needles
There are two kinds of needles:
- R3i for the face (0.08 mm).
- R6i for the body (0.15 mm).
This allows for precise treatment. Furthermore, the needles are isolated. The vein will be coagulated without damaging the epidermis and surrounding tissue. The needles are made of nickel. In case of nickel allergy, needles of gold are also available. The needles are disposable and can be used for one complete session.
