Description

Treating cellulitis with low ultrasound frequency (30Khz).

viridexus-png-wbA good cellulite treatment will stimulate the actual fat release in the fat cells in the targeted area. It will also improve the circulation to effectively transport the fat and water to places where it can be burned (muscles) or be disposed. Working with ultrasound of 30 Khz makes it possible.

This frequency has some remarkable effects:

  • Breaking down the triglycerides (fat) into monoglycerides which are more easily released by the fat cells.
  • Stimulating the beta receptors of the fat cells. These receptors are like the exit door of the fat cell.
  • Vibrating the cell membranes to break down fibrosis, improving the local circulation by the vibration of the cells and intracellular space dramatically.
Sonophorese effect
Penetration throughthe skin of active ingredients thanks to utilization of specific water-soluble gel.
Micronisation effect
An effect of molecular dissociation of the triglyceride particles contained in the adipocytes.
Metabolic effect
Increase of the cellular permeability of the adipocyte, resulting in release of micronized triglycerides mainly in the interstitial liquid by osmosis.
Fibrolytic effect
The vibration of the ultrasounds dislocates the fibroses and improves the lymphatic circulation.
Circulatory effect
Increase in the veino-lymphatic microcirculation due to the vasodilatation.

The transducers, also called ultrasound heads, are devices by which the ultrasound signals are conveyed. They are presented in two families:

  1. Transducers with a single head allows to work on the small zones (ankles and knees).
  2. Transducers with 3 heads allows to work effectively on the cellulite zones (hips, belly, thighs, arm).

The strength of the vibration depends on the resistance against this vibration the transducer encounters. If the transducer vibrates in free air, this mechanical resistance is very low. The transducer can start to resonate and brake. It is therefor important to use a gel for a good contact between the transducer and the skin (Sonoderm or Phytominceur gel).
